Onyibe Solomon
Mr. Solomon O. Onyibe – B.Sc., MPM, ANIESV, RSV [MANAGING]
A registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, Mr. Onyibe holds a first degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, and a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos. He started his professional practice in 1993 with the firm of Diya, Fatimilehin and Co., where he worked for the first 4 years of his practice and rose to the position of Branch Manager before resigning in 1997. He has had excellent working experience with the firms of Odudu, Odudu & Partners, a Chartered real estate firm with core duties of carrying on valuation in the north east of Nigeria; Savannah Bank Plc with property/facilities management as core duties; Osapaul Properties and Investment Services Ltd with core duties of developments project management, and Omo Osagae Associates with core duties of valuations and property management. He has attended many workshops and symposia in the field of real estate developments, finance and investment. Mr. Onyibe is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers; he is also registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVaRBoN) and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).
Mr. Joshua Ajayi
Mr. Joshua Ajayi – B.SC
Mr. Ajayi is a senior Surveyor with the firm and a highly industrious Estate Surveyor. He holds a BSc in Estate Management from the University Of Lagos. He has worked with the firm of Oludemi Jagun and Dosunmu & Co in 2013. Since joining our team in 2015, he has grown in the core duties of facilities management and property management. He currently holds the duty of coordinating our various facilities management sites among others and he is highly enterprising is providing solution to everyday challenges.
Emeka Osigbo
Mr. Emeka Osigbo B.Tech, MSc. MPM, MNSE
An accomplished, chartered engineer with COREN, a Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and Member of Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (MNICE), Mr. Osigbo holds an M.Sc degree in Environmental Resources Management and Master Project Management (MPM). He has attended numerous courses, workshops and seminars in engineering, project management, computer application and human resources management at both local and international levels. Engr. Emeka has undertaken various levels of construction projects across region of Nigeria. He independently consults with Onyibe Solomon Associates for our project works.
Itama Richard Osariere
Mr. Itama an accomplished Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Federal University of Technology Akure and a Masters in Project Management from the University of Lagos. He is a construction cost expert, and has been involved in multi-levels construction project over the years. He is an independent consultant for Onyibe Solomon Associates and closely follows all our project sites in cost monitoring.
Arc. Victoria T. Eboigbe MNA
Victoria is a certified architect with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. She holds a Masters degree in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and licensed with the Nigerian Institute of Architects. She consults with the team in construction designs plus interfacing with government agencies for all approval processes and procedures.
Monday Odhegba
Mr. Monday Odhegba – B.Sc., MPM.
An Estate Surveyor, Mr. Odhegba holds a first degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, and a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos. He started his professional practice in 1993 with the firm of Kayode, Fasade and Company. He later joined the firm of Bode Adedeji Partnership. He worked briefly with the technical team of Econet Nigeria from where he joined Tilca Nigeria Ltd [a telecoms servicing company]. Mr. Odhegba is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Adewale S. Yusuf
Mr. Adewale S. Yusuf (OND, HND)
Mr. Yusuf is a self-driven upwardly mobile and vibrant Estate Surveyor. He holds HND in Estate Management from Lagos State Polytechnic. Since joining the team in 2017 he has grown with core experience in property management among other high tasking assignments and has excellent interpersonal skills. He manages property portfolios on behalf of our numerous clients among other official assignment.
Ogunbajo Ibukunola Victoria
Ogunbajo Ibukunola Victoria MNIM, BSc.
She is a goal driven and self motivated young lady with effective communication skills and high sense of responsibility. She bagged BSc.(Hons) in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University and a National Diploma in Estate Management from The Polytechnic Ibadan. She possesses basic knowledge of building construction and quality experience in project management and e-marketing. She is a probationer of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). And a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
She is skilled in digital marketing, package designing, use of Microsoft packages, figma, cloudinary, basis of C# programming Language, User Interface and User Experience designing. She is a practitioner with competence in Estate Agency and marketing, Project development and management and Property management.
Oluwafemi Michael Awoyale
Mr. Oluwafemi Michael Awoyale (BTECH)
He is a young resourceful Estate Surveyor, who hold his first degree in Estate Management from Federal University of Technology Akure (Ondo state) Nigeria. He started his professional practice in 2018 with an Estate firm called John Zedomi & Associates chartered Surveyors and Valuers where he served as field surveyors for the Property Enumeration and Assessment for the purpose of Property Taxation. He is a graduate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate surveyors and Vauers (NIESV) and also a student members of the Royal Institution of Chartered SURVEYOR (RICS) .He has attended numerous workshop course, seminars and symposiums in the real estate Profession.
Omotosho Ruth Temitope
Miss Omotosho is a young vibrant upcoming professional with a BSC in Accounting from the Lagos State University. She recently joined our team as our in house company accountant.
